Gaia Fund is looking to invest in software companies with around $10 Million in annual recurring revenues (ARR) in the customer service and supply chain markets. Gaia Equity was founded by Deepak Krishnamurthy, who has a proven track record as an operator, strategist, and investor across SAP, McKinsey & Cognizant.

Before Gaia, Deepak was at SAP for a decade, where he architected the company’s cloud transformation and M&A strategy that resulted in a nearly 3X increase in top line, a 4X increase in market cap, and over $100 billion increase in shareholder value. Qualtrics, his most investment at SAP,  went public recently at $27 Billion valuation, representing an 80% IRR return for thecompany. Deepak has worked on all sides of software growth from executive to investor, board member, and acquirer.
